Local Wii News

A local news story talks about how the Wii is being used in a local hospital for rehabilitation. The game system is basically taking the place of a standard rehab activity that would otherwise be boring and tedious. Would you rather punch a balloon or play Wii Sports Boxing?

I always like to see positive uses for video games acclaimed. I especially like it when local news talks about it, as that means that we are on top of the happenings of the world. I live in a mojor Canadian city, and yet the news up here sometimes seems archaic when it comes to talking about technology, the internet, and especially video games. Oh, and beware of the awful headline pun.
